Concrete Poured at The Aston at Town Center
The second floor of the clubhouse at The Aston at Town Center has been poured. The community will bring 278 luxury units to the Saint Johns Town Center. The development will consist of one 5-story apartment building, one 6-story parking garage, a clubhouse with fitness areas, a resort-style swimming pool, a courtyard, and a dog park. Completion is anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
