Concrete Pours Begin for 19-Story Condo Project in Gramercy Park
General contractor, , has shared new photos of the current construction progress at 200 East 20th Street; the site of a 19-story residential tower, set to rise in Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood.
As you can see, most of the rebar grid has been laid down for the foundation and concrete is now being pumped in to form the cellar slab.
Developed by , the building will contain condo units. It will offer only one unit per story on the 17th, 18th, and 19th floors, with the penthouse boasting a private outdoor terrace.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a children's playroom, a bicycle storage area, and a pet spa. The structure will also have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , 200 East 20th Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is scheduled to complete by June 11th of 2024.
