Concrete Pours Begin for 1900 Crystal Drive
Baker Concrete Construction recently placed 1,850 cubic yards of concrete in one go at 1900 Crystal Drive, a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Arlington, VA. The project will consist of a 27-floor south building, a 26-story north building, and a shared two-story sub-level parking garage. The project will require an estimated 58,000 cubic yards of concrete and 6,400 tons of rebar. Construction is expected to last into 2024.
