Concrete Pours Continue at 98-08 Queens Boulevard
General contractor, , has shared photos of the latest concrete pour for a 23-story, mixed-use tower project, going up at 98-08 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park, Queens.
While the main tower section is already topped out and almost fully wrapped in its new facade, superstructure work is still ongoing for the building's 6-story podium. Crews are currently forming the 5th floor, with just one more to go after this.
Developed by , the structure is set to contain luxury rental apartments and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Plans also call for 27,430 square feet of community facility space, as well as a large, enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is being financed with a $125 million loan, issued by Madison Realty Capital, and work is expected to wrap up by the Winter of 2024.
