Condo Development Starts to Rise in Bath Beach
Construction is visibly progressing for a new condo development at 2300 Cropsey Avenue in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. The tower's 24-story superstructure is starting to accumulate floors on top of the multi-level podium. W&L Group is the developer behind the project, and the building was designed by Michael Kang Architects.
The development will contain approximately 154 condominium units, a community facility, and a 270-vehicle parking garage (located at the base of the building). The tower will also include a fitness center and a rooftop lounge area.
One of the token features of 2300 Cropsey will be its location. It sits beside the Belt Parkway and overlooks Gravesend Bay. This means residents will have sweeping balcony views of Staten Island, and the Verazzano Bridge. Residents will also have easy, walkable access to retail, with Ceasar's Bay Shopping Center located just across the parkway.
