Condominium Tower Planned in West Palm Beach
Toronto-based Great Gulf has submitted plans for a 32-story waterfront tower in West Palm Beach that will offer 97 luxury residential units. The residences will include townhomes starting at 1,401 square feet, two- and three-bedroom condominiums starting at 2,131 square feet, along with three penthouses measuring 5,217, 6,193 and 10,636 square feet. Community amenities will include a pool, pickleball courts and six guest suites. The tower will rise on the site of the Poinsettia Club Apartments, a three-story, 72-unit complex that was built in 1966. The plans will be reviewed by the West Palm Beach’s Plans & Plats Review Committee on December 12.
