Condos Now Proposed for Roxbury Development Site
Original plans for a mixed-use rental project at 40-50 Warren Street in Roxbury were approved in September 2020. However, due to evolving community needs and city requirements, MPDC has presented a Notice of Project change transitioning the project to focus on affordable homeownership. Updated plans call for 35 condo residences, 25 one-bedroom units, and 10 two-bedroom units with 2,300 SF of retail space on the ground floor.
