Construction Advancing at Altura Bayshore
Construction crews have been busy at Altura Bayshore, the framing is in place on nine of the residential floors. The foundation work at the tower began after the April 6 groundbreaking. Altura Bayshore will have 73 units, 67 residences and 6 penthouses. All units will have east and west views of the bay and Bayshore Boulevard and come with private elevator access. Amenities, located on the 4th floor and the rooftop include a pool pickle-ball courts, bocce courts, synthetic turf putting green, half-court basketball, dog park with shade pavilion, a terrace with fire pit and social seating areas, large bar area with tables and bar stools, barbecue grill areas. The completion is estimated in the fourth quarter of 2023/first quarter of 2024.
