Construction at Affordable Housing Community Near Miami Airport Reaches Milestone
Construction has reached the 75% completion mark at Alto Tower, an affordable housing community in Miami. The dry wall has been installed on all upper levels, the ground level is in progress and crews are ready to start painting. Tampa-based developer Blue Sky Communities is building its first affordable housing community in the Miami area. Alto Tower will be a single mid-rise building apartment community consisting of 10 one-bedroom studio units, 51 one-bedroom units, and 20 two-bedroom units totaling 84 units. The community will have a fitness room, business center/meeting room, two case management offices, a manager’s office, and the leasing office. Completion is expected in Winter 2024.
