Construction Begins for 600+ Unit Development at North Quincy MBTA Station

Construction is finally kicking off for the upcoming redevelopment at North Quincy Station. Fencing is in place, existing lights and trees are being removed and deep drainage work is set to begin. This new development will consist of around 610 apartments, 50,000 square feet of retail and separate parking for MBTA commuters, residents, and retail patrons. 

Resident amenities will include direct covered access to the Red Line MBTA Station, two outdoor courtyards and pool deck, nearly 20,000 square feet of indoor amenity spaces, including club lounge, commercial kitchen, solarium with outdoor access, co-working space & a fitness center with yoga and spin.

The project, designed by ICON Architecture, will be built by Callahan Construction and phase one is expected to open in 2020.
