Construction Begins on 10,000-Seat Stadium at Tidewater Landing in Pawtucket
has broken ground on the first phase of development at Tidewater Landing in downtown Pawtucket, RI. Plans call for a signature 10,000-seat soccer stadium first approved by regulators in 2021. The 25-acre project will feature 5 mixed-use buildings containing 60,000 SF of commercial space, SF of retail and restaurant space, and 435 residential units as well a 200-key hotel.
