Foundation Construction Begins on 11-Story "One Boynton" Lab Project in Somerville
WL French Excavation has pulled an excavation and foundation construction permit for 808 Windsor Street in Somerville, launching construction of the project with a construction crane in place.
Nicknamed "One Boynton," the second phase of development calls for a 168-foot high rise featuring SF of lab/life science space, 9,500 SF of ground-floor retail, and 242 underground parking spaces. The project also includes a 22,360 SF civic park.
