Construction Begins on Approved 160,000 SF Lab Fit-Out in Downtown Boston
A plumbing permit valued at $2,000,000 has been issued to 745 Atlantic Avenue, kicking off a life science fitout of the office tower. plans to transform 745 Atlantic Avenue into 155,000 SF of life science lab/research space and reorganize the ground-floor lobby into 5,900 SF of mixed-retail space.
