Construction Begins on Approved Revio Revere Beach, GCs Named
has begun foundation construction on 646 Ocean Avenue in Revere, named "Revio Revere Beach." Additionally, has been selected as general contractor for the project. Approved in 2020, plans call for 209 units - a mix of studio one and two bedrooms - plus around 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Parking for 242 cars is also included along with amenity spaces and an outdoor terrace and pool deck.
