Bronx Point Update 06/09/21

Construction Begins on Bronx Point 

Construction has officially started on the Bronx's newest mixed-use housing development, Bronx Point. L+M Development Partners, and Type A Projects are teaming up to lead the project and bring S9 Architecture's design to life. Once finished, Bronx Point will offer 542 affordable housing units, 2.8 acres of community space, and will even be home to the Universal Hip Hop Museum.
