Construction Begins on Diamond District Hotel
Construction has now commenced on a 31-story hotel tower at 32 West 48th Street in Midtown Manhattan's Diamond District. General contractor, recently started excavating the foundation, marking the start of a two and a half year build process.
Developed by , and designed by , the hotel will offer rooms. The structure is set stand feet tall and total square feet. A 4-story commercial building has already been demolished on the project site in order to make way for the new development. Work on the tower is expected to finish around the 4th quarter of 2024.
