Construction Begins on West Palm Beach Boutique Office Tower
Gilbane Building Company announced via Linkedin that it has begun construction on 300 Banyan Boulevard, a boutique office tower located in the Clematis Waterfront District in West Palm Beach.
300 Banyan Boulevard is an office building in downtown West Palm Beach that will rise 12 stories and include 100,000 square feet of class A office space and 300 parking spaces. There will also be a fitness center, an open-air lounge with reflective pools, and a ground-floor restaurant with outdoor dining.
