Construction Coming Out of the Ground at Riverview6
The foundations are complete, and crews are close to pouring the second-floor slab at Riverview6. The new affordable housing project is going up in Bradenton. Located at 6th Avenue W. and 9th Street W., Riverview6 will offer 80 affordable housing units between 600 and 1,000- square feet. The five-story complex will feature 4,000 square feet of commercial space and residents’ amenities on the first floor. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center and children’s playground. Completion is expected in Summer 2004.
