Construction complete at 67%-sold The Faretra luxury condominiums in East Boston
Construction is complete at The Faretra, a new nine-unit luxury condominium building in East Boston. Six of nine condominiums at The Faretra are under agreement, with three condominiums remaining for sale. Available condominiums include Unit 1, a 1,036-square-foot two-bedroom/two-bathroom listed for $575,000 ($555.02 per square foot); Unit 3, a 1,124-square-foot two-bedroom/two-bathroom listed for $650,000 ($578.29 per square foot); and Unit 4, a 1,036-square-foot two-bedroom/two-bathroom listed for $625,000 ($603.28 per square foot).
