Construction Complete for Brio Hingham: 70% of Units Sold
Construction is complete and over 70% of the luxury homes at Brio Hingham are now sold. Brio, located on a previously unoccupied portion of the Hingham Shipyard features 77 condos overlooking the marina. Brio residents have access to an extensive list of amenities, from bike and kayak storage to a dog run and pet-washing station, a concierge service, and a lobby with a fireplace and living room seating. The property also boasts an elevated residents-only waterfront courtyard with fire pit and grill stations.
The cost of a home at Brio ranges from $500,000 to $1,300,000. Units consist of one-bedrooms with one and a half bathrooms and two bedrooms with a den and two and a half bathrooms. Some units offer private terraces or separate, street-level entry. The property also has over 160 secured parking spaces.
