Construction Complete for The Woodlands in Middleboro
Construction is now complete for the 10 building, 234 apartment luxury multi-family project, The Woodlands in Middleborough. The charming community offers one, two, and three-bedroom homes and a variety of resident amenities. Modern and spacious residences feature plank-style flooring, designer kitchens with large breakfast bars, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, in-unit full-size washer/dryer, and private patios. The complex is home to a 24/7 fitness center, an indoor movie theater, a golf room simulator, a heated-salt water swimming pool, outdoor activities and entertainment, a walking trail, etc..
General contractor, Terratec Construction Inc., handled the project from start to finish starting with excavation and site preparation through completion and handover across the development’s 34-acres.
