Construction Complete on 8-Story Residential Building in Hialeah
Shoma Group has finished construction on the 304 unit multifamily rental community known as Shoma Village. The development includes two 8-story buildings connected by a parking garage. The residential layouts vary from studios to three-bedrooms.
Residents officially moved in on August 1st. 65% of the units are already rented, with the remaining units expected to be leased within the next month.
