Construction Completes on Two Clinton Park
General contractor, , has completed construction on a 28-story, mixed-use development, located at 28 South Division Street in New Rochelle, New York.
Developed by and known as "Two Clinton Park", the tower is the sister building to One Clinton Park; another mixed-use tower, located across the street. Also developed by RXR, One Clinton Park opened its doors during the summer of last year.
Two Clinton Park contains luxury rental apartments, available in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations. In addition to residential units, it features square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
The building also boasts roughly 24,000 square feet of tenant amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a bike and yoga studio, an outdoor lounge with grilling stations, an indoor resident lounge, a speakeasy, a children's playroom, a coworking area, a dog park + pet spa, and a public plaza.
