Construction Continues at 13 Shetland Street
Window install is ongoing along with exterior work for 13 Shetland Street on the Roxbury/Dorchester border. The project will include 57 rentals, a mix of 27 studios, 18 one bedrooms, and 12 two bedrooms. The apartments are a short walk away from the New Market T Stop and the Southbay Shopping Center and the building will feature a large roof deck that will have a great view of the Boston skyline.
