Construction Continues at 40 Patterson St. NE
Construction is ongoing at 40 Patterson Street NE with rebar going in along with waterproofing and pouring of concrete walls. The upcoming 14-story tower will feature 321 apartments just two blocks from the NoMa Metro Station. Amenities will include a rooftop pool, a penthouse clubroom, a fitness center, and a resident lounge and work areas. The building is expected to be complete in fall 2022.
