Construction Continues at 400 Summer Street
Below grade construction is ongoing for the upcoming 16-story lab/office project at 400 Summer Street in the Seaport. A team from Feldman Surveyors is actively working on construction engineering, slurry wall, and caisson layout for the development. The upcoming 600,000+ square foot building has been fully leased to Foundation Medicine who will consolidate its workforce of about 1,100 employees at this new headquarters. Prior to construction start, the Feldman team also worked to compile hundreds of construction drawings from the Ted Williams Tunnel to locate buried foundation elements and they played a vital role in the conveyance of air rights from MassDOT.
