Construction Continues for 364-Unit Project in Woodside
General contractor, , is wrapping up superstructure work for a large, 12-story, mixed-use project, going up at 72-01 Queens Boulevard in Woodside, Queens.
Developed by , the building is set to contain rental apartments (including 109 affordable housing units), offered in studio and one to three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to span roughly 20,000 square feet, and will include a fitness center, a resident lounge, a dog park, and a rooftop terrace. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction financing has been provided in the form of a $156 million loan, issued jointly by Canyon Partners and Pacific Western Bank. Work is expected to be fully complete by December of 2023.
