Construction Continues for Addition and Renovation at 1950 Washington St.
Construction is ongoing for the addition and renovation to 1950 Washington Street. Framing is complete for the 2 story addition on top of the existing building. When complete the project will include 31 condo units plus 4,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 800 square feet of office space. 21 ground-level parking spaces and storage for 31 bicycles will also be found on-site.
