Construction Continues For Framingham Multifamily
Various stages of construction are ongoing for the multifamily project at 59 Fountain Street in Framingham. Renovations continue on the former Bancroft Building which is being converted into 160 multi-family units. Windows are going in on the new construction section of the project that will include another 100 units. The existing powerhouse building is also being transformed into to high-end amenity space that will offer residents a rooftop garden, a pool terrace, a fitness center, and workspace.
