Construction Continues for The Ethel
Crews continue construction on the Ethel in Hill East. When complete in spring 2023 the new 4-story building will offer 100 units which will be used exclusively for the District of Columbia Permanent Supportive Housing Program along with 11,000 square feet of retail space. Building amenities will include a multi-purpose communal lounge, a flexible business office for both individual use and classroom use, training kitchen with multiple stations for cooking classes, clothing boutique, hair and makeup salon, bike room, modern gym and landscaped courtyard.
