Construction Continues on City Ridge
Construction continues on the redevelopment of the 10-acre former HQ of Fannie Mae. The 1.2 million square foot project will include 250,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by D.C’s first Wegmans and 750 residential units. City Ridge is set to open this year.
