Construction Continues on Kendall East
Construction is ongoing for the upcoming mix-use project at 107-139 First Street in East Cambridge. The two-building project will include 136 apartments along with 14,800 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units will range in size from studios through three bedrooms, many featuring private outdoor space. The buildings will share two-level underground garage consisting of 142 spaces and an additional 159 bicycle spaces. An expansive half-acre courtyard will join the parcels, providing green space and stadium seating for the neighborhood. Construction of the complex is expected to be completed in 2021.
