Construction Continues on Multi-Family Building in Jacksonville
Construction is moving forward on a 352,000 square foot multi-family building in Jacksonville.
"Progress continues at The Station at San Marco in Jacksonville, FL. The community will consist of 345 units, 5,000 SF of ground-level retail space, and a sky lounge with a rooftop pool and luxury amenities", announced the general contractor, FaverGray via LinkedIn.
Amenities of this 5-story building include a fitness center, clubhouse and leasing office building. Completion of the building is anticipated in the first quarter of 2024.
