Construction Continues on Nearly 900 Unit Mixed-Use Project in Rosslyn
With all 3 towers officially topped off, window install is ongoing for The Highlands, the 1.2 million square foot project in Rosslyn. The mixed-use project will feature almost 900 residential units, a mix of condos and apartments, plus ground-floor retail space and parking for over 1,000 vehicles. Within the project, Pierce will feature 104 luxury condos with Aubrey & Evo offering rental units, 776 in total. The buildings will host an array of amenities including a rooftop pool, fitness center, clubroom, and garden terrace. The first units are expected to be available in 2021.
