Construction Continues on Thomas Circle Office Redevelopment
Donohoe Construction continues work on the redevelopment of 1401 Mass Ave. NW for developer Akelius. Located next to the National City Christian Church, the building will be fully renovated and a penthouse addition added to offer a total of 52,000 square feet of office space when complete. Amenities will include a conference center, fitness center, and rooftop deck.
