Construction Crew Breaks Ground at Tampa Commerce Center
Construction continues to move forward on Tampa Commerce Center as Miller Construction breaks ground. Tampa Commerce Center is an industrial park in east Tampa, with easy access to I-75 and I-4. When complete, the park will include four state-of-the-art industrial buildings with over 600,000 square feet of space. Phase one involves two buildings, 100 and 400, constructed simultaneously totaling over 400,000 square feet. Building 100 is 150,000 square feet with rear loading and 32-foot clearance. Building 400 is 250,000 square feet with cross-dock loading and 36-foot clearance. Phase one is expected to be complete by the end of 2022.
