Construction Crews Making Progress at NEMA Miami
Located at the edge of Wynwood and Edgewater at 29th street and Biscayne, the 39-stories NEMA is comprised of 588 apartments and 56,450 square feet of retail space. Original design by Arquitectonica. The firm is the Architect of Record. Construction is well on its way - they are 6 floors up!
Estimated completion date: Summer of 2024.
