Construction Crews Showing Great Progress For Rivr Lofts in Fort Lauderdale
PROJECT UPDATE! We’ve got some momentum at RIVR Lofts, the 29-story residential tower we’re designing at 307 Southwest 5th Street in the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Tarpon River Design & Entertainment District.
Working alongside structural engineers Structures International, Inc., landscape architects Cadence Landscape Architects and general contractor Moss & Associates (Construction). This 335-foot-tall structure with 352 residential units will have unique, modern amenities including a gym, yoga studio, game room, and a roof top pool with amazing views of Tarpon River and Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The project is on its way to being a beautiful addition to this incredible community situated two blocks south of the New River.
