Construction Equipment Arrives at Site of District 225
Although construction permits are still pending, construction equipment has arrived at 225 North Miami Avenue where District 225 is planned to rise. Related Group, ROVR Development, and BH Group are hoping to begin construction on the project as soon as they receive phased foundation and vertical permits. The project was approved by The City of Miami's Planning and Zoning Department last year.
District 225 is a planned 39-story apartment building that will include 343 apartments and 2,297 square feet of retail. The units will be allowed to be rented out via AirBNB and there will be no parking garage.
