Construction Finishes at 456 Greenwich Street
AECOM Tishman has now fully finished construction at 456 Greenwich Street; an 8-story hotel development in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood.
Developed by CBCS Washington Street LP, a partnership between Caspi Development Corp, Barone Management, and Mactaggart Family & Partners, the structure totals square feet. The hotel will be branded and operated by Hotel Barriere Le Fouquet's Paris and is set to contain guest rooms. It boasts a unique, upscale interior, designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
456 Greenwich offers a number of guest amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a central courtyard, along with a spa, event spaces, and a 100-seat theater in the structure's two-story basement. According to the project's architectural firm, Stephen B Jacobs Group, the building also has "a ground-level restaurant, café, and bar lounge to provide an inviting and seamless program for both hotel guests and area residents". The hotel will be open and operational by the end of the summer.
