Construction Goes Vertical on The Monarch
Construction has now moved above ground for The Monarch in Tysons. The upcoming 20-story tower will feature 94 modern homes along with 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a host of resident amenities. According to the developer, more than 30% of the available condos have already been sold, with contract prices on 3 units, over $3.5M. Construction is expected to wrap up in mid-2023.
