Construction Has Begun on Near North Side Mixed-Use
Construction is underway on a $40 million, mixed-use development at 1535 N. Fremont in the Near North Side. The new 5-story building will feature 132 residential units, 9,500 square feet of retail space, and 29 parking spaces. Residents will also enjoy private terraces and a large outdoor garden.
