Construction is Now Complete at Harmon Apartments
Construction is now complete at the Harmon Apartments at 2045 Dorchester Ave in Dorchester.
The residential building is located steps from Ashmont Station featuring 36 apartments designated for people with significant physical disabilities. 30 apartments are designated affordable, and six are offered at market rate.
All apartments are fully accessible, featuring specialized support technology and services. Apartments include 26 one-bedrooms and 10 two-bedrooms and feature automatic door openers, as well as HVAC and lighting systems controllable by smartphone.
