Construction Is Underway For Kings Logistic Center Fort Pierce
Crews have begun the slab pour for one of only a few industrial distribution centers located along I-95 between Daytona and Jacksonville. Kings Logistic Center will be a class A industrial structure with available space from 300,000 to 664,176± SF that is 40’ clear and provides 284 trailer spots and 676 car parks with a flexible site plan. Construction is scheduled to be completed by February 2023. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
