Construction Kicks Off for 100-Unit+ New Britain Development in CT
A New Britain-based multifamily developer has broken ground on The Brit, an approved downtown New Britain project in Connecticut. A redevelopment of a vacant bank building at 267 Main Street, The Brit will feature 107 units and 6,000 SF of ground-floor retail across a 6-story building.
