Construction Kicks Off for 200+ Unit Germantown Project
Donohoe Construction & HIP Projects have officially kicked off construction for the Fairchild Apartments in Germantown, MD. The upcoming 6-story multifamily project will house 212 units and 1 level of below-grade parking. Amenities will include a club room, a fitness center, and a courtyard with a pool. Construction is expected to be complete in early 2023.
