Construction Moving Forward at Affordable Housing Community in Sweetwater, Florida
Cranes are on site and the exterior walls are going up at a new affordable housing community in Sweetwater, Florida. Li'l Abner III will offer 316 affordable and workforce apartments in the City of Sweetwater in Miami-Dade County. In line with CREI Holdings' legacy of excellence, Li'l Abner III will feature a courtyard and additional amenities to elevate the living experience for our future residents. Our newest building will sit between its two sister buildings, Li'l Abner I and II, and will provide a safe and clean environment for those looking for attainable housing.
