Construction Moving Forward at Selene on Fort Lauderdale Beach
Construction crews are making significant progress on the interior and the glass indows and doors have been installed to the 27th floor at Selene Oceanfront, a planned two-tower luxury development in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The towers will rise 300 feet and will hold 204 residences, including eight luxury penthouses. There will be an additional 5,300 square feet of restaurant space as well as a parking garage with 120 spaces. The building amenities will include a residential lounge, swimming pool, office working space and dog park. Delivery is planned for late 2025.
