Construction Nearing Completion at Florida Central 75 Distribution Center
The exterior is complete at Florida Central 75 Distribution Center, a new industrial center, offering 868,000 square feet in two buildings. Building one, located at 585 33rd Street NE features 278,000 square feet of industrial space. Also included is 4,000 square feet of office space. Other features of the 36’ clear height building include 70 9’x10’ dock doors, two 12’x’14 drive in ramp doors, 500 trailer parking spaces and 150 car parking spaces. Completion of building one is expected in December 2022. The second building, 1605 30th Street, includes 590,000 square feet. Features include 36’clear height, 2,000 square feet of office space, 120 9’x10’ dock doors, two 12’x24’ drive in ramp doors, cross dock; 180’ (60’ concrete apron, 120’ heavy duty asphalt), up to 500 trailer parking spaces and 300 car parking spaces.
