Construction Nearly Complete for 1008 Tremont Street
Construction is wrapping up for a new mixed-use project along Tremont Street in Roxbury. The building being constructed by Terratec will include just over 2,000 square feet of ground floor retail along with 7 rental units & 6 surface parking spaces. The project is ideally located just a few blocks from both the Mass. Ave. and Ruggles MBTA stations.
